NOTICE TO USER: Please, read this contract carefully. By using all or any portion of this software you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use this software.
You can only use Nifty Stats if you have regularly purchased license at www.niftystats.com and our system assigned you a password. At that moment our Nifty Stats copy becomes legal and if you correctly install it on your computer you are free to use it. This license is valid for one person which can create two installations at most. At any given time you can run only one installation of Nifty Stats per paid license.
Nifty Stats can only be used for the purpose for which it has been programmed - changing source codes, upgrading Nifty Stats and updating the database could only be done by the author of the program which is
SELFIX, s.r.o. Any other tampering with the software such as reverse engineering, opening or using the database and other parts in different environment than Nifty Stats, decompiling, translating, reselling or selling without permission from SELFIX, s.r.o., or using Nifty Stats to perform illegal activities are considered severe violations of license conditions.
Nifty Stats is not liable for any losses incurred directly or indirectly by using Nifty Stats. The company also does not guarantee correctness of downloaded statistics that are provided by third parties.
